Dr. Samantha Volpe, BCBA-DOur Clinical Director, Dr. Samantha Volpe, BCBA-D, is a professional with extensive experience with adults with autism. Dr. Volpe is a former clinical director of campus and community based autism programs and is currently the Coordinator of Curriculum Development and Online Instruction at Endicott College where she delivers instruction in the Master’s of Applied Behavior Analysis Programs. In addition to her BCBA-D she holds a Special Education teaching certificate, Level II.

Gregory WrightGregory Wright is a Behavior Specialist who joined Circle Haven in January 2025. Gregory holds a Master’s in Special Education (Applied Behavior Analysis) from Arizona State University. He has extensive experience in behavior assessment, intervention, and inclusion programs. At Circle Haven, Gregory supervises DSPs, trains staff and parents, and assists with assessments and treatment planning. His passion for empowering individuals drives his commitment to providing effective, evidence-based support.
Jillian McDermottJillian McDermott is a Behavior Specialist who joined Circle Haven in October 2024. Previously, Jillian worked as a Special Education teacher in NYC (District 75) serving children ages 10-21 with moderate to severe disabilities for over a decade. Now after making a career change, Jillian applies her prior professional experience as a Special Education teacher to improve the quality of life for clients. Jillian graduated with her masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis in 2024. Her focus areas including supporting adults with autism in completing activities of daily living and training for vocational opportunities . She is particularly interested in the reduction of challenging behavior through increasing functional communication.
