The founders of Circle Haven are parents of special needs adults who have come together to create a supportive residential community.
The goals of the community are:
A Lifelong Home - residents’ needs will change, and Circle Haven is committed to meeting those needs.
Creative - Circle Haven’s programming includes the arts, outdoor engagement, and food production.
Positive culture - Through all tiers of management and staffing, each employee is valued and guided as an essential contributor to the community. Staff are seen as an integral long term part of the equation.
Maximized independence - Residents will live in an environment that provides safety and offers a variety of choices.
