Classes
Individual Sessions
Individual sessions provide personalized,
one to one support tailored to each participant’s goals, strengths, and needs. These sessions allow for focused skill development, individualized pacing and customized activities in areas such as music, art, and cooking.
Individual services are ideal for participants who benefit from targeted instruction, increased
structure or specialized support.
Group Sessions
Our group sessions offer a dynamic, small group experience where participants build social skills, confidence, and connection alongside peers. Through shared activities, collaborative projects, and guided interaction, individuals practice communication, teamwork, flexibility, and independence in a supportive environment. Groups are structured to accommodate varying skill levels while promoting inclusion
and meaningful engagement.
